一个人太优秀，即使没有坏心，也会被人嫉妒。

由于具备拔牙不疼的特殊能力，所有病人都开始只找这位年轻的牙医，其他的牙医已经几个月没有病人了，他们一个接一个的离开小镇。牙医不想被排挤，不再给人看病。很多人的生活都因此受到影响。
