大概是上帝本来创造了莉莉安和亚当，但是莉莉安受不住诱惑和撒旦在一起了，而上帝又用亚当的肋骨做了夏娃。莉莉安和撒旦的后裔一般都会生双胞胎，就是所谓的杂交种。如果人怀了双胞胎，堕胎的话，那么杀死的只是好的那一个，象征恶魔的那一个不会死，只会隐藏在女子的子宫里慢慢生长。而莉莉安与撒旦的后裔，就是那些杂交种就会到处寻找那些恶魔，然后组织自己的黑暗力量。

片中的女主就堕了胎，这让男友非常懊恼。但是后来才发现一切都是男友设计好的，男友才是杂交种的头目。

影片中鬼娃娃实在是太虚太假，不忍直视。就这特技水平，真让人感觉浪费时间。还有那不断出现的阴暗镜头，摇晃的轮胎，带着羊头撒旦面具的人，还有阴暗的街巷，这是什么鬼，前世今生嘛？一开始以为女主与这个小镇有关联，后来才发现什么都不是。
